Express Delivery Information
Orders with this delivery service are placed on a dedicated area for priority picking and dispatch. During busier times, we would advise and extra 1 day as the amount of orders with this service can get very busy.
This is a priority service, and we use DHL for this service, and this is a NEXT DAY 24 HOUR EXPRESS SERVICE.
You will receive an e-mail and SMS message with tracking details on dispatch.

Deliveries may not require a signature, and photographic delivery is obtained by couriers. (please note that you are held responsible for any loss or theft if left in a safe place or with neighbour). Any damages must be reported to us within 1 working day of receiving your parcel otherwise this will invalidate any claims or damages to be compensated.
We cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries if the following occurs:
• Incorrect address
• Incomplete address
• Unclear address information
Once the parcel has been dispatched, additional charges will incur if any details such as address change or re-directory of the parcel is required.
Deliveries are processed and delivered only between normal business operating hours (Monday to Friday) 8am – 5pm. Deliveries outside these normal hours will incur additional charges (Saturday and Sunday Deliveries – please contact us for further information).
